After purchasing the morphy Richard’s one I thought this would be the same unfortunately not it’s very cheap materials very flimsy when I tried to use it bread stayed white and just went rock hard would not recommend especially at that price

Disappointed. Delivered on time, item is as expected but when used in microwave sandwiches are soggy. To get firmer, crispier sandwiches needs to be put in the oven which defeats the whole point of buying this.

Packaging great ,looks just like what you get on the picture.
But doesn't toast the bread just makes it soggy so I'm very disappointed it was also a Christmas present.
