Love the white umbrella when it arrived but I wouldn’t say it’s white it’s actually cream.
Went to use for the first time today and it won’t close with the button you have to put your hand on the top and push down, kinda defeats the object of an umbrella as you get wet!
I cannot speak to anyone.

It says it’s white but it’s cream beige but the color is still nice , only just opened them to wrap as presents and I tried it out , it opened and now won’t close and won’t retract or work at all so a waste of money !
