Awful. would give 0 stars if it were an option. hamper come squeezed into a tiny box resulting in the packaging being screwed up and the bow also scrunched. balloon was half deflated app sending a replacement yet to arrive. 3 roses instead of five. awful customer service rude. avoid buying.
