Got these today to try help daughters hope they work

Really help as I suffer from insomnia but falling asleep isn't the issue. Staying asleep is. I've used these for 3 days now and noticed an improvement. Hopefully they keep working. Only issue is have is I have super sensitive skin and the sticky makes where ever it was stuck red after.
