After suffering with migraine and always being lethargic i was advised to invest in good magnesium tablets ideally with added vitamins. Wow was i blown away since taking them i am full of energy no brain fog and speaking of migraine “what migraine” i am so impressed.

I would usually take magnesium, zinc & iron individually as the dosage is higher. I’m glad this supplement has high dosage for each aswell as vitamin d3. Great product.
