Got these for someone who has very heavy, very painful periods and is limited on what pain relief they can take. She's not needed her usual pain relief once this time around! She but the patches on her hip and they've been working great! Will definitely be getting more!

I don’t really think these things work it hasn’t helped me at all complete waste of money! I only got them as I read the reviews and they were all good so I thought why not get them never mind they don’t work for me at all don’t know if it’s cause the pain I get is way too much for it to work

Got them for my teenage daughter but she doesn't feel like they help?? So not sure.maybe ok for others quite hard to get off the plastic.
