The Christmas gift l bought for my child is very suitable. The quality is very good. I had a good time and it is very suitable for children.

Seller was fine no issues there , just quality of product , they are not expensive and I didn’t expect miracles but working Atleast

How come it didn't come with the working battery parts

Turned up today, box was all bent and says on the box for age 3+ which the original post didn't say that. I brought for my 11yr old as a Christmas present so, I hope the gloves fit and hopefully works as normal

Xmas was ruined for my Grandson and I, upon opening his gift he was really upset that it was broken and looked like it was second hand, I would not recommend buying from this company

The packaging for this was damaged badly ,not tried it as Christmas presents .

The box is all damaged! The parts were just thrown in the bottom of the box not even bagged ..wanted it for an Xmas present but sadly I will be sending it back!!

Not happy with the product as the box itself had been damaged when received. The product itself is really basic,very dirty like it had already been used full of dirt marks. I had looked at it and put it straight back into the box.I don’t feel like using it. Material is cheap plastic! Need a refund!!

Received damaged item I returned it as per QR code. Royal Mail have then confirmed seller has got item back and they won’t refund me, avoid seller at all costs

Brought as a gift for my daughter absolutely disgusted box is battered and broken, looks like it was a return, item covered in dust. Won't even let me get a refund.

Packaging was shocking! This was meant as a Christmas present but I can't give this to my kid in this condition. Was just flung into a bag and posted out and arrived all bashed up with loose parts outside the box. No attempt to protect the item and if it works I'll be amazed. Very dissapointed

Do not buy this from this shop it doesn’t work The battery component is broke.plastic sides where the batteries should be fitting, Nothing to attach the batteries to, Scratched all over I’ve put one star because it wouldn’t allow me to send the review without doing it, but it doesn’t Deserve one

I bought this product for my seven-year-old nephew as a birthday present but this product is unsuitable for children under 16 with inappropriate chanting

The worst purchase, has not been build right and doesn't have the wiring for batteries altho stated that its chargeable and doesn't charge. Complete waste of money! tiny device i would say fine for under 5yo way to small for my 8yo. Return window run out as was bought for xmas.

Well small for you'd expect however it's supposed to be usb charged yet the usb lead that was sent is incorrect as no where for it to go 🫣🤣🫣🤣 Now I have to go find an actual lead that will charge the device..

Got this for my son and it doesn't have the wee spring bits for the batteries to go in which makes the batteries loose.. and have nothing too charge it with got it at Xmas and still able too use..

There was no cable doesnt work, saying last day to refundwas Xmas day it was opened till after it is faulty and I want refund nobody is messaging me back
