Really happy with the product however the keyboard come with two missing keys and can’t seem to find a way of requesting a new keyboard without sending the whole thing back, if I send it back I won’t have it in time for what I need it for as it is a gift for someone

All set up, working, but why advertise 6GB 64GB, when I checked on the back it's 3GB 64GB , false advertising right. .

The device won’t turn on since yesterday despite trying a hard reset and it’s 100% charged. It’s been very slow to boot since I bought it until it finally won’t turn on

So sorry but I would be very careful when buying the product I haven't been able to use mine it just won't stop flashing the tablet name no matter what I try really am gutted that's all I can se on my tablet

System performance：No charge set up couple days ago no charge set up

The battery is so bad that after and hour of use it takes about 75% of the battery! This is NOT how it was marketed. Charging to full power takes hours upon hours. The 72% charge I am showing in the first picture has took 3.5 hours to reach the next is where its hot to touch from charging! Not happy

I love it and I didn’t have a doubt about the laptop it so amazing and it arrived before the time. Finally can’t wait to start using it

Stopped working after 30 days so not so cheap after all.with the screen stuck on this don't bother, and then you find out there is no warranty as well.
