Handmade Terrazzo Coaster Set and Holder Jesmonite Concrete Contemporary

Our handcrafted terrazzo coasters are made from a material called jesmonite. There are a total of 4 coasters in each set with a holder to stack them in. MEASUREMENTS Coaster: 8.5cm W x 0.6cm H Coaster holder: 10cm W x 3.7cm H Please keep in mind that these items are handmade, which means they may have minor imperfections such as bubbles which are a natural and typical occurrence with jesmonite. Each item is truly unique and made specifically for each customer. Please note that there may be variations in colours due to differences in screens. CARE To protect your surfaces from scratches, each holder comes with cork or felt feet attached to the bottom. Additionally, we have applied a high-quality sealant to make them water-resistant (though please note they are not completely waterproof). It's important to avoid exposing them to excessive water as it can cause damage. These dishes are not microwave or dishwasher safe. To keep them clean, simply wipe them down with a damp cloth or use a microfibre cloth for gentle dusting. MATERIAL Jesmonite is a sustainable material that is known for its environmentally-friendly properties. It is composed of a blend of gypsum (which is derived from sedimentary rock), and a water-based acrylic resin. This unique combination results in a material that has a substantial weight, similar to stone/ concrete, yet it boasts a remarkably smooth and polished finish!
