Our beautiful Pork Rub is rich, fresh & complicated, just like us. Except for the rich. Or the complicated.
Still, it's a fantastic way to boost the flavour of any white meat dish, whether it's cooked slow or fast. We use it for pulled pork as well as traditional roast pork or chicken.
The blend of smoked & sweet paprika is complimented by a subtle fennel & caraway flavour, balanced with lots of garlicky, herby aromatics. The mustard powder gives it a warmth without any real heat, so this is suitable for all. Feel free to experiment with other meats or even throw a pinch on roast potatoes!
It’s easy to make the perfect marinade or drizzle: mix 1-2 tsp with a splash of oil & drizzle on pork steaks or joints a few hours before (overnight is best) to really absorb the flavours.
