I'm 40F and got the XL. It fits my bust fully, doesn't ride up or curl underneath, and I feel "held up" enough to be supported all day. The shape is good too, I'm not pushed together because the notched part helps separate. This isn't sports bra levels of support but I'm very impressed and happy.
