It good but its slow to charge the phone

Thought it was going great then tried charging the power bank and it keeps saying 6%. The magnetic bit only holds to a certain extent. I tried again to charge to see but it went to 20% charge after 2 hours so clearly something isn’t right. When charging the plug got hot which was concerning

The pack is a nice lightweight handy little charger, as for the magnetic bit my Apple phone does not. But overall a good buy.
