The Weightlifting Thumb Tape is an essential addition to your training in protecting your thumb during lifts. Whether its hookgrip or general lifting, this thumb tape will ensure you can keep lifting without pain.
To apply, attach the end of the tape to the underside of your thumb and lace the tape around the thumb 2-3 times. The tape's flexibility allows your thumb to stay mobile with no blood flow restrictions. You won't need to worry about reapplying given the tape is self-sticking.
Each set comes with 3 rolls. All colour tape sets only come in the Medium size.
