Tablets are great and I know my kids will love it for Christmas but the iWawa app doesn't work on all 3 tablets I got and I don't understand why and I can't even uninstall the app either

The tablet won't turn on, I've tried the returns process but the it won't let you continue unless you upload a photo and when I try too upload one, it won't let me, it just goes to a loading screen and then goes off without uploading them. I will be disputing through my bank if this isn't fixed.
