Specifically wanted the rainbow stool, but was sent plain black which wasn’t what I ordered. I now have to pay for return packaging which is rubbish on top of the packaging costs initially paid.

The stool it's self is steady, but the locking mechanism is really hard to activate and I'm disabled so it really hurts my hands to fight with it.
If you don't have trouble with your hands, it could be a pretty good purchase, but yeah, it's tricky. Bought it to help but it's actually hard to use 😅
