Very disappointed. Arrived this morning and the bag is very thin, I was expecting it to be a bit better as the picture looks amazing but the zip sticks so very hard to open, the material is thin and doesn't even have a shoulder strap like pic shows I've looked ive looked inside bag but nothing.
