I mean what can I say. It actually does what it is suppose to do. I haven't tried it outside yet but will do over the weekend and then I can actually see if it lives up to expectations. But so far it's great.

Quality of work：Is good.

Design：The design is nice not too bulky.

Performance：Is as described and it does get cooler.

Really good fan. Not ice cold but you can feel a slight difference in temperature when you press ICE. Very sturdy and solid material, well made and worth the money.

This fan is amazing. You would think that it is much bigger because of the coolness it produces. Definitely would recommend this. Easy to operate, nice size to carry or pop into you bag, which I have done multiple times since having it. Not used the extra cooler action yet as sufficient so far.
