The Better Food Mood Blue Butterfly Pea Flower Tea comes in loose leaf format with 25g quantity per pack so that you can indulge yourself anytime with its goodness. HFSS rating of this product is No which means it's not high in fat/sugar/salt content making it an ideal choice for health-conscious individuals!
Preparation: To make this blue tea, add 3 - 4 flowers to your teapot. Pour boiling water over the flowers and let them infuse for about 3 - 5 minutes. Pour into your tea cup. (I recommend adding lavender buds to give this tea some flavour as it is bland on its own - you can find these in my store too). Add honey if you would like it sweet.
