First day of trying them since being delivered yesterday. The only downfall this current moment is.. woe they are like horse tablets. It's 2024.. why so big!? Gagged taking my first two through the day. None of the less.. let's see the results 🤗

I don't think they work. Been taking them regularly as per instructions every day and don't feel super hydrated after training. I don't know how long should I take them to feel hydrated and less tired. Maybe it's just me. The tablet is rather on large side

Not happy with these tablets, I'm taking the recommended dose and I'm drinking 2 -3 Ltrs of water every day and nothing has changed, I won't be ordering thse again.
