The products are all fine. Hairbrushes and combs were all fine.
Your brown box packaging however was disapointing. When I first started buying from you I loved how it was packaged. Now this was a gift, but not in that cardboard box. I still give u a 5 🌟 sort them boxs out. Makes all the difference.
