Visually a very pretty product however a guard was broken upon arrival, it does indeed tug on hair occasionally and I have cleaner results doing a once over with a normal razor personally,
Happy this product works well for others but just doesn't seem for me this time, gorgeous product though!

Awful, I had high hopes for this...my legs still feel prickly and when I done my downstairs region it felt like each individual hair was being plucked by twizzers and even then it only trimmed them. Nothing like the videos...I have wasted my money AGAIN
