Gluten-Free Buckwheat Bread Recipe (500g Loaf)
Ingredients:
✔️ 270g Gluten-Free Buckwheat Flour Mix
✔️ 3g Himalayan Salt
✔️ 40ml Fresh Lemon Juice
✔️ 300ml Lukewarm Water
✔️ Seasoning (garlic powder, onion powder, seeds, etc.)
Method:
1️⃣ Mix lemon juice, water, and seasoning, then gradually add the flour mix.
2️⃣ Knead for 2 minutes, let rest for 5 minutes, then knead again.
3️⃣ Shape into a ball and coat lightly with flour for a rustic look.
4️⃣ Grease with coconut oil and let rest for 20 minutes.
