What an amazing bag ,just love it sooo much
The colour is just as I expected ,I got the pistachio and it's lovely,
Had a small problem as handle was not straight,sent e.mail to ask for help ,was sent a video to show how to fix problems and all sorted .. can't wait to use it

Just beautiful! Absolutely love this bag- my only complaint is that the handles come assembled upside down- so switching them to the right way is abit of a nightmare- especially when some of the handle plugs came broken. But once sorted- beautiful!

Between my order and them going to package my order they ran out of the colour I wanted so they immediately contacted me to offer a refund or an alternative colour. Went for the alternative colour and it arrived pretty quickly as well within the time frame they gave me.
