Product looks beautiful but you can’t use it!
The whole base on the bottom just leaks so badly the water comes out the bottom. Lucky I didnt burn myself!!

had my package stolen from my doorstep after it was left in plain sight, the girl who ever she is Laura was her name was rude and did not help me basically accused me of lying she was so rude I won't ever buy from towerhousewares again after many years as a loyal customer!
