Dimensions - Height: 20cm X Diameter: 30cm. As each tagine is hand-thrown these dimensions can vary slightly and are given as guidence only.
We recommend that this tagine is used in the oven at a low temperature below 170 c ( 130 to 150 is ideal for slow cooking) for melt in the mouth meat. To use on a gas or electric stove (not a ceramic hob) you must use the heat diffuser/simmer ring .
