So the box arrived but the box was damaged and the box the watches are in was damaged and shattered so can you send a case for the watches we need it dropped quickly please

Came broken looked like someone had jumped on the box I've requested a refund

As you can see it came damaged because I need it for a Christmas present and I was going away for Christmas so I had to keep it and if I return it I would of not got it back in time

Nice set of watches but due to poor packaging the box arrived smashed they only put a very thin wafer of polystyrene that does nothing for protecting the glass lid of the case so glass everywhere.

This is how my parcel turned up when I took it out at the box this is what I found it all smashed up glass everywhere the last picture showing how the box turned up and a very thinner piece of polystyrene so I cannot give it any stars at all zero rating cannot give it this one star but I have to

Absolutely gutted when this turned up with a smashed glass window, the watches are very cheap and sharp on the straps the seconds hands have fallen off 2 of the watches. This was supposed to be a gift for my son for Christmas but I can’t give this to anyone really upset with this purchase

The big one wasn’t working and most of them are broke not good for the price don’t recommend buying it

Would make a lovely gift but the box has arrived damaged the glass/plastic has cracked on the box which is disappointing could of been packaged better as this was a Christmas gift

Watches look good but the boy came broken and the packaging had absolutely zero warning that there was something Fragile in it

Got this these today watches absolutely fine but the box come smashed to pieces and the latch is broken and it was just piss poor put together. It’s annoying you wait all that time for something and it comes smash the pieces and I don’t give an option other than just to return it Bit of a joke

Sadly when mine arrived they were damaged , the company has accepted a refund when they are returned which is great but the watches them self are very cheap made with bits not stuck on properly and scratches all over them.

I only wanted the box didn't have much hope for the watches. They are very cheap but all work my little girls think s there great lol

The box was delivered in a poor state. One watch was broken.. poor quality all round. Sent back to supplier for full refund.

All the other watches came good but one of the watches came without the pin so u can’t even close it I need to get a refund
