Press-on nails are an easy and convenient way to achieve a polished manicure without the need for a salon visit. In you order you will receive: Presentation box including: your press on nail set. Preparation Kit including: a small nail file, cuticle stick, a prep wipe, glue and a set of adhesive tabs. Here's a quick guide on how to use them: 1. Preparation: Clean and Trim Nails: Ensure your nails are clean, dry, and free of any polish. Trim and file your natural nails to your desired length and shape. Push Back Cuticles: Gently push back your cuticles with a cuticle pusher or an orange stick. 2. Sizing: How to choose the right size. Send across a picture of your hand on a flat surface next to a coin and I can do the measurements for you. Measure Your Nails using flexible measuring tape or a soft ruler to measure the width of each nail at its widest point. Alternatively, you can use a piece of tape. Mark the width of your nail on the tape, then measure the tape with a ruler. Here’s a general guide: • Thumb: 18-21 mm • Index: 13-16 mm • Middle: 14-17 mm • Ring: 13-16 mm • Pinky: 9-12 mm Adjust if Necessary: if your measurement falls between two sizes, opt for the larger size and file the sides for a perfect fit. 3. Application: Buff Your Natural Nails: Lightly buff the surface of your nails to create a better grip for the press-on nails. Apply Adhesive: you may choose to apply nail glue or use the pre-applied adhesive tabs that come with the nails. Press and Hold: Place the press-on nail at the base of your natural nail and press down firmly, holding for about 10-20 seconds to ensure it adheres well. Avoid Water and Pressure: For the first hour after application, try to avoid getting your nails wet or applying excessive pressure. 4. Removal: Soak in Warm Water: When you're ready to remove the nails, soak them in warm, soapy water for about 10-15 minutes to loosen the adhesive. Gently Lift Off: Carefully lift the edges of the press-on nails and gently remove them. Avoid forceful pulling to prevent damage to your natural nails. Care Instructions: To ensure longevity, avoid prolonged exposure to water and harsh chemicals. Store unused nails in a cool, dry place.
