Packaging looked like it had been thrown around by the all blacks Machine looks okay though will see if it works at Xmas

So loud that my cat is terrified of it and won't go near! Can hear it all the way from downstairs and sometimes it gets so loud i get worried it will explode. Looks the same as the pics though.

Good little water fountain makes a bit of noise but to be expected good value for what I paid

The fountain I received was defective, the cable heats to extremely high temperature and doesn't pump the water
