Use this telescopic kicking tee during training sessions, Rugby League and Rugby Union matches to improve your accuracy from conversions and penalty kicks. The height of this kicking tee can be adjusted by up to 5cm (2 inches), making this piece of matchday equipment perfect for all kicking styles. The extendable mount allows your rugby ball to sit at a height between 6cm (2 3/8 inches) and 11cm (4 3/8 inches).
