I adore this fudge, I have ordered it numerous times and usually there’s no problem, accept it takes a long time to be delivered, but this time they messed up, I paid for a big jar, but they sent me a small jar, now although they refunded me the difference, I still had to pay for another one!

They charged me for a large jar of fudge which I ordered, the 2.3kg, but they sent me the smaller one 1.6kg and only issued a £6 refund. Now I need to find money to get the big jar because they refused to help in anyway. Bad customer service!!!
