No way to speak to customer service, carpet is really thin, doesn’t stop sliding when on the floor, also struggle to hoover and stuff just stays stuck in the long pile.

Very impressed with the delivery and with the rug, it’s super fluffy. Came exactly as seen in the photo.
It’s for my daughter’s room so the fact this was the price it was means if she destroys it won’t cost a fortune to just replace it and buy a new one! Will be buying again I’m sure!
