I have been taking this for almost 2 months and I cannot shout loud enough about how great it is. I feel so much better, more energetic, lighter and more like myself, peri menopause was kicking my butt but not any longer.
Flavor：A little tangy but nice, I like mine with either cold water or in yogurt.

Fast delivery, easy to mix only thing I found is this powder leaves a residue unlike the gut feel at bottom of glass and tastes vile so really mix this .Only just tried it so can't rate on how it's working.
