This will allow you to add any personalisation details you require. Please be mindful of the amount of characters you use, the more you use, the smaller the embroidery will have to be!

•How will my order arrive? All textile products are supplied in grip or zipped sealed plastic bags before being shipped in our recycled material grey mailing bags. Our homeware range uses recycled products to provide extra production and ship in boxes or grey mailing bags.

•Shipping Information: We use Royal Mail, DPD, and Parcelforce to ship our orders. We aim to send your order within 1-2 working days of it being processed, so will typically be with you in 3-5 working days from the date of purchase.

•Returns: We can accept returns on goods that do not have any personalisation on them. Personalised/made to order goods are not able to be returned. Please note that even ‘stock embroidery’ i.e. our His & Hers towels are made to order as you choose the towel colour.
