Not gonna lie the smells is not nice its like a wet dog smell and adding hot water to dissolve it is a very strong smell of a grimey dog i put it in my coffee and its safe to say you cant taste anything this morning i did feel bit fresher surprisingly i fell straight to sleep gonna keep using it 👍

I was already taking capsules of lions mane mushrooms but I kept getting a funny tummy from the casing on the caps so wanted to find a powder and came across this!! Day 2 and already I am feeling like my mind is clear & I have less tabs open in my mind! As an ADHD sufferer lions mane is helping me!
