I didn't measure my suitcase but it fits perfectly. It has a hole for a handle on the sid of the suitcase but I didn't have one but it doesn't matter, it still protects the case very well

They don’t exactly fit correctly on top as with the image it shows both the extended handle and handle carrier can be used through it and with this is gives the extended handle access but not the carrier handle it give the zips instead but it does fit the suitcase fully
