The colour on the website is nothing like the hair that turned up. Ordered mixed auburn thinking it would be a chestnutty mix of colours. It says on the TikTok shop the colour of gingerbread… which is ginger! The hair that turned up was brown. Just pure brown

Really disappointed tbh.Took 7 days to come when the live stated next day delivery (not the couriers fault they only packed and sent it 2 days ago!)just opened it to find the claw clip is missing.A DM to say out of stock would be nice. Also the girl on live promised freebies and I didn’t get any.
