Hello, I am missing a part from my order

Shipped fast , bargain price , £7.12 each plus £3.56 for extra replacements! Brought 2 lots of brushes ,

All was as described, but the package arrived damaged. The 1st photo, this was how the box arrived. The 2nd photo, shows the piece at the back Broken off the wall fixture. The 3rd photo shows that the outer packaging was also torn open. The other item I ordered was intact.

Did not get the wall mounted brush only got the heads not happy

Iv not received the actual wall mount holder only the heads

No container as advertised or shown in ads …pads have no soap or foam in them . Shown that pads come in a plastic sealed bottle they come in a flimsy packaging like shown . Container is the standard . VERY RUBBISH
