Bought a waist trainer in size small on Amazon and was able to get the final row of hooks on easily so decided to try this in an XS instead and it was a struggle to get the first row of hooks on!! Enough stretch that it’s not cutting deep into you but also stiff enough that you feel u may see result

Quality ok, but they are just not long enough in the body, im only 5ft 1, but if you want it to hold ya fupper and your belly under your boobs, look for a different item, because one will stick out

I got a small and my usual size is xs. Was barely able to fit into it and it’s very lumpy so visible under most shirts. Would advise trying a bodysuit that’s tight then whatever this is.

Great purchase. I’m a size 14 so ordered the M size. I had it done up on the second row of hook and eyes and it literally sucked everything in.

i fit in medium clothing but this didnt fit me so not the happiest

I got a size small, and i think i could have sized down as straight away i could put it on the smallest clasp without struggle, however a good product.
