Great product well constructed and looks good. I think it will take a few passes to the knives I have really sharp because they always been sharpened with a steel. But I am confident once I've got the edge to the right angle they will be super sharp. Love this product. Even bought another as a gift

As a retired chef after 28 years, I’ve found this better than my diamond steel, gives the finest edge, you have to know or guess what angle the edge was originally, otherwise it’s spot on
