The combination of sodium bicarbonate and citric acid help fight stains. Simply shake inside the toilet and let it fizz away add hot water for extra fizz then clean inside with brush as normal. Use on top of the drain and turn hot water on to let it dissolve and heat from water will release stronger aroma.
