I canβt recommend this seller enough. My mug arrived broken but when I asked for a refund the seller messaged and instead offered to send out a new one. I was wary as I hadnβt ordered off TikTok shop before but they sent the new one out, it came a couple of days later and Iβm so happy with it β¨
