It's as described and does the job. If you have a bit of a bigger bike, it might not work. I have an adults push bike and it covers it, but this is probably the max it can cover.

Rips easily. As putting it on. And then the wind made it puff up and blowing very hard that it made it rip where tucked by handle bars. Not to use for rain or outside. To cover smaller teenage bikes and use for general coverage
