IB130 Flat Liner/Camouflage/Concealer Brush

This brush is multi-use, you can use it for creating expert lined eyes, hiding blemishes, applying concealer. The wide, flat bristles lay flush along the lash line for error-proof lining with every application. This flat-tipped brush may also be used for smudging along the lash line and to apply powder, cream, or liquid colour to the eyes or lips.
