 Lovingly hand made from natural and sustainable materials our African Moses baskets are the perfect nursery item and each one is as unique as the baby who will lie in it. Simple and stylish this basket will be a beautiful addition to your little ones room and is a wonderful keepsake item that will look great with toys or teddies in later.

The mattress included is made in the UK and complies with BS 1877-10:2011. The mattress has been made to fit each basket perfectly for further safe sleeping guidelines please refer to the  Lullaby Trust. The liner included has been designed to fit this style of basket and is made from a soft cotton mix which is machine washable. This will enable you to use your basket with peace of mind that your baby will not get any scratches from the grass the basket is made from.

To make things a little cosier, we have some simple soft bedding including sheets, protectors and basket liners all available to fit this style of baby basket. Each Handwoven Moses Basket comes with one soft basket liner to protect babies skin from the weave of the basket. All Moses Baskets come without pompoms and tassels as standard but If you would like to customise your basket please select from the Customise menu and take a look at the colour wheel picture to help choose the colours. Please select N/A if you are not wanting to customise your basket. 

These baskets are for new born babies to sleep in and must only be used until baby can roll and/or sit up. The good news is, they make great chill out zones for older babies and look fab when filled with toys, blankets or teddies.

Our Baby Moses Baskets are all handmade so sizes can vary but the approx dimensions are 75cm x 43cm. 

 

SAFETY INFORMATION PLEASE READ

Pompoms and added decorations must be tied on securely with all loose ends to be on the outside of the basket and kept well out of the reach of infants and small children. These are for decoration purposes only and are not safe to be a toy. Our Moses baskets are not designed fr carrying baby around ad must only be use on a stable surface. Please only use the provided mattress and make sure all packaging is removed before use.
