Dress itself is lovely the reason I went back and ordered another colour and another item from pebbles boutique. BUT ONE ITEM DID NOT COME!! I’ve emailed 4 times with a promise it will be sent out..I’ve had nothing. I’ve asked for a refund still nothing.. my glee had turned into disappointment.
