Item arrived and doesn’t work don’t feel wireless at all keeps flushing red and doesn’t do anything else

This product did light up but did not charge the phone at all, very disappointing. I threw away package as when I plugged it in I thought it was working because it all lights up but didn’t wait to actually see if my phone charged which it didn’t. Very very disappointing
