Originally developed for Petsavers and the BSAVA (British Small Animal Veterinary Association) as a safe and effective post-operative heat pad (as minimises perioperative hypothermia).
•Only 15 watts so cheap to run (ie 1p per hour!) Safe to leave on constantly
•Gently brings body mass temperature up to around 39 degs C
•Maintains optimum temperature with 2 integral thermostats and LED light for extra safety – BSAVA approved and recommended
•Generous 2.7m of cable with protective sheath to prevent chewing 12v AC electronic adaptor plug
•Wipe-able pad 42cm x 38cm x (16.5” x 15”)
•Ideal for all mammals young or old
•Suitable for use in pet bed, whelping and carry baskets
•Simply cover with thin pad or towel for comfort
•12v car adapter cable also available (at extra cost)
To test or speed up heating process, loosely roll up heat pad and plug in. Check green LED is on.
