This mushroom powder is potent from what I’ve used in the past. After a week or so I’ve noticed my gastro problems improve and my focus too. I’m more alert in the day,in a better mood and sleeping better at night. Peri Meno symptoms seem to have gradually eased a bit too. I highly recommend.

Description:
Lion's Mane mushroom, scientifically known as Hericium erinaceus, is a distinctive-looking fungus with long, dangling spines that resemble a lion's mane. Its appearance makes it easily recognizable in the wild. The mushroom can range in color from white to cream, and it grows on hardwood trees, particularly on beech, oak, and maple.
The fruiting body of Lion's Mane is composed of icicle-like spines that hang down and form a cascading mass. As the mushroom matures, it can reach sizes of up to several inches in diameter. The spines are soft to the touch, giving the mushroom a unique texture.
History:
Lion's Mane has a rich history of use, especially in Asian cultures. It has been utilized for centuries in China and Japan and now here in the west too. In China, it is known as "Hou Tou Gu".
Historically, Lion's Mane was reserved for royalty due to its rarity and unique appearance, contributing to its reputation as a value
