INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
1. Remove the collar from the protective bag immediately before use.
2. Expand the clip to ensure that there are no plastic connectors in the clip.
3. Insert one end of the clamp through the buckle. Adjust the collar around the neck of the dog or cat, not too tight (as a guide, it should be possible to insert two fingers between the collar and the neck).
4. Thread the excess loop through the loop and cut off the excess length 1 inch (2 cm) beyond the loop.
