Black Soybean Sauce Yopokki is a mild Korean street food dish , packed in a convenient, mobile cup. Designed to be prepared in a microwave - ready in 1½ minutes!
If you feel like eating a little oriental something, be sure to try tteokbokki. These flexible, chewy rice dumplings covered with a delicious, aromatic sauce are very popular both among native Koreans and abroad. Sticky tteok dough and temptingly fragrant, sweet and salty jjajang sauce based on black soy beans create a heavenly combination that will remain in your memory for a long time. Eaten as a snack or a full dish, it is not only filling, but also pampering. :)
How to prepare Yopokki?
•Open the lid. Remove the rice dumplings from the foil and place them in a cup. Pour the contents of the sachet with the sauce.
•Add about 50 ml of boiled water - up to the line marked inside the cup. Mix well and cover the cup with a lid. Attention! Don't press down.
•Heat for 2-2½ minutes (1000w) or 3-3½ minutes (700w) and it's ready. Enjoy your meal!
Tips - Yopokki should be eaten immediately after preparation. After opening the package, the dumplings may have a slight smell of alcohol, which is used as a natural preservative. The residue will evaporate when the product is heated.
